RETURN POLICY

Rebel Hair Extensions can be exchanged or returned within 15 days of original receipt. Extensions must be unopened and in their original packaging. We will not accept an exchange/return if hair has been used or damaged. Custom orders are non refundable. Once your return is approved, and we have received the product, we will either credit the account used for original payment (for returns), or ship out the new hair (for exchanges).
